Goal-setting and follow up

From Day 1 until the end of your journey, you'll have periodic consultations with Angie herself. Your initial 30 minute consultation will help you map out your path. Your follow ups will be geared to keep you on that path. 


Custom workouts designed to attack your fitness goals

Based on your needs and your wants fitness-wise, Team Angie Fitness will create a custom fitness regimen designed for you to burn calories, fat and frustration. You'll have access to the real deal: Live, in-person workouts at the Team Angie headquarters in Farmington Hills, MI.

The first time I saw Team Angie was in April 2016 on Channel 2 Fox news, doing a segment on “functional” fitness. It appealed to me because at the age of 67, I wanted to get to a level of fitness where doing my everyday activities, home improvement projects, and golf would be less of a struggle. I joined Team Angie for the first time in May of 2016. I am 5’ 6” weighed in at 185 lbs. and my waist was 39 inches....My current weight is 159 and my 34 waist pants are now a little too big. I lost over 25 lbs. and lost 5 inches on my waist. Most important is that I feel so much better! I am more flexible, stronger and have higher aerobic endurance.... I really like out-driving my fellow senior golfing buddies and being able to almost keep up with the much younger people at team Angie.
